i applied for a flat in discovery park , faridabad project.i was allotted flat no a-1007(consumer code no 144206) but latter on the company told me that we are not constructing this tower. i requested them to cancel my flat and return my money along with interest as you are unable to provide that flat for which we had entered into a agreement. instead of refunding my money now the company has allotted a flat on 15 floor , which is the worst side of the project. i told to their officer ms bhawna puri in the meeting in their office on 20/11/2013 that i want my refund only no reallocation.
