Dear Sir, with reference to earlier complaint no.60095/2/2013 the tablet which i received on 24.07.2013 it is not working properly. they gave me tablet with exhausted battery it is not getting charged even after put it on charging mode while in off position.they are making fool to me. I purchased aakash tablet 7ci invoice no.AMFF1101012 On dated 11/01/2013 for Rs.4499/- i found screen scratches are there i make a call regarding lcd scratches they said that scratches are not in lcd it is on screen guard after few months ON MAY 2013 LCD got damaged i approached to technical team they suggest me to put it on service centre at kanpur and demand for Rs.1500/-I gave tablet at kanpur service centre with call id- DWIACU130000018WW and send Rs.1500/- to Amritsar vide cheque no. 373851, State bank of india, dated 01/06/13 which is withdrawn on 15/06/13. now they are saying that it does not repair we will send you new tablet. I Received Tablet on 24.07.2013 but it is not working properly. they gave me tablet with exhausted battery it is not getting charged even after put it on charging mode while in off position.

Either Refund my full money or give me good quality (new)product with new battery.
