I had complained with ComplaintId :59533/2/2013 last month and finally after more than one year the product was delivered. However I was informed that the earlier model is discontinued and that I need to pay additional Rs1500 on delivery as total cost is Rs 4500 and I had paid Rs 3000 in May 2012. The product was finally delivered on 19 July 2013. my house-helpollected it and paid the Rs 1500 asked by them. To my dismay, the device does not work. First, the battery cannot be charged and even if I use it with adaptor it doesnt go beyond opening screen. Multiple calls to no advertised (01832581330) have gone unanswered.

I want a compensation of Rs 20,000 so that I can go and buy a usable tablet from the market,
