Dear Sir, I purchased aakash tablet 7ci invoice no.AMFF1101012 On dated 11/01/2013 for Rs.4499/- i found screen scratches are there i make a call regarding lcd scratches they said that scratches are not in lcd it is on screen guard after few months ON MAY 2013 LCD got damaged i approached to technical team they suggest me to put it on service centre at kanpur and demand for Rs.1500/-I gave tablet at kanpur service centre with call id- DWIACU130000018WW and send Rs.1500/- to Amritsar vide cheque no. 373851, State bank of india, dated 01/06/13 which is withdrawn on 15/06/13. now they are saying that it does not repair we will send you new tablet but they are not sending tablet nor responding my emails.

i purchased Rs.4499/- defected tablet and send Rs.1500/- for Repairing so total loss is Rs.6000/- and nothing in hand at present.Ask him to Refund my money with interest or give me tablet of good quality with latest version.They also give me this tablet in higher price ubislate 7ci price is Rs.3700/- that is also loss bear by me.

Either Refund my total money with interest or give me new tablet of latest version 7c+ at the same cost.
