I booked Ubisilate 7CI by making online payment of INR 3999.00 using my Credit Card on 19.01.2013. The product was to be delivered within two weeks as per the time frame specified against the device. But till date I have not received the Product. Every time I approached the company, they told me that it is ready for shipping. But now they are not responding the phone or emails

I want the Product to be delivered within week,s time or refund of my money along with 28% interest as the Credit Card issuing Bank is charging me.
