I bought a Ladies handbag from Aldo, at Phoenix market city, kurla on 18 th aug, 2013. The bag cost me about 5000 rupees. The lock of the bag broke within a month. Now the handles are on the verge of breaking and the zip has split. I visited the store they said they would repair it. But that is not acceptable to me because a previous bag from Aldo was repaired and did not serve any good.

I am inconvenienced without the bag for 5 days already. I cannot keep visiting the store as i have a 2 month old baby. I want a replacement of the same or complete refund of money as a consumer.
