I had purchased a pair of Ladies belly Aldo shoes from Phoenix City Mall in Kurla, Mumbai on 12th Jan ’15. I realized that the sales person has not provided me the sales invoice deliberately. The charge slip of the payment through credit card was attached along with the small slip of paper of the mall address of Aldo shoes. I realized it and called up the toll free no and apparently nobody responded on 12th Jan. On 13th Jan i called up the Office in Mumbai and spoke to Tejal and informed her about this instance. She took my contact details and said she would look into it and call back however there has been no call from her end. I suspect this matter to be a intentional fraudulent transactions where the sales invoice was not provided deliberately. I have been trying to call the Mumbai office nos today, however there is no response. I am writing this mail in distress and very shocked to this entire episode. I have written to them on the email ID but it hasnt helped me. I have provided every information required but they write email without identifying the person writing the mail. I would like to know as a customer if the sales invoice is not a mandatory thing while making a purchase? Please help.
