We want to bring to the notice of public in general the fraudulent activity of M/s Shiv su Canadian clear water technology pvt ltd, a company based in Chennai and claims to be one of the leading player the industry of water purifying.
I came to know about this company in Oct through the internet and called them for a quotation. They came and gave lot of assurances and commitments. We placed our order of 3000 LPH plant to them. The orfer was placed on the basis of lot of commitments mainly the commitment that they will start the commercial production by the end of Feb 09 including the BIS certificate for us. One of their term was that we have to make 100% payment of the machineries before they can shift the machine to the project site in Orissa from Chennai to which we agreed.

All kind of delay then started happening from their end and finally in March 09 they informed us to make payment as the machines were ready and we made the payment to them. The total amount agreed in Dec 08 was 28.50 Lacs but in march 09 they asked us to make payment for 33 lacs which will include transportation and packaging where as these were agreed to be paid by them initially but still we paid. We made the payment on 4th April 2009 and friends today on 25th of July we are still waiting for our complete machines and our project is on a complete stand still. Our whole investment of 1.33 crore has been blocked. One of their engineer who came to our site for installation also intimated us that this is very common with Shiv su and they have even delayed project as long as 2 years for people.
I am basically as NRI and based in Africa and finding myself very helpless in this stage and do not know what to do. They are neither replying to my mails not picking my calls when I am making. I had dealt with One called Somasunthar who is the Vice President Marketing of Shiv su and Mr. Rajan who is the regional manager for them from Kolkata. I also tried to speak to their director called Mr. Sushil but no use what so ever.
