Sir In this Bank I created my savings account April 20 2015 2 months ago. But sir I not received my ATM card. When I go Bank a Staff of this Allahabad Bank behave with me very badly so I was disappointed. When I visit 7-8 day in 2 months they always says me please wait 15-30 days for ATM card. But sir I don’t receive my ATM card anymore.. So I want to complaint for this bank for behave with me very rudely and I Want do Harassment case 5000-6000 from their. When I say I want to close my account he says in my 1000 Rs. 400-500 Rs. Charge will enable and when I want to withdrew my 1000 he says me in 1000 Rs. Minimum 500 Rs. Were required for keeping my account. I was feeling so badly for their behavior. Please Register my complaint for my harassment.. I request you to look in the matter and take appropriate steps.
