Hello I have purchased a new Orient Actus DI 1004P 1000Watt Dry Iron on 5Th April 2014 through Amazon.in (Attached the Invoice copy.) But on 19th July 2014 when I connected it for using suddenly it got fired (Attached the photographs). Kindly have attention on this particular model for avoiding such kind of incident.
