I ordered (order no 402-4870631-6653965) a OEM Quality Hyundai I-20 Keypad (old) from Amazon.in on 8th May 2015 selecting the option Cash on Delivery. the delivery date was 16 May 2015. The Product never got delivered to me and also no information was provided about the delay or any problem. when I followed with them to claim the product, they said, I can not claim it as I did not pay anything. I am still waiting for the delivery but Amazon is not bothered to deliver and expect me to simply forget about it. I do not understand what signifies a “order” here, if they have accepted the order and promised a delivery date, they have the responsibility to deliver rather than just been ignorant which has been the case.

I should get delivery of the product and also get compensated for inconvenience and harassment caused to me. Amazon did not even show the curtsy to apologize for the mistake.
