I ordered a Huggies Dry Diapers Large Size (30 Count) Sold by Redlily Store on AMAZON.IN on 7th May, 2014 and was given the information that I will receive the order by 10th May, 2014. I contacted the customer center for Amazon for the same reason and was asked to wait even though its 13th now and they are yet not siure whne will I receive the order as they are facing some transport issue in delhi. However, they have not yet notified the customers through their website or SMS or Email about the same, because of which the customers ahve to spend time on calling or chatting with them and still the response that u get is to wait which i creating a lot of problems and is wasting my time.
I would need a compensation of double the amount that I paid for the product, i.e, 247*2=494 RS, either as a coupon or money or e gift voucher.
