IN CONFIRMATION OF ORDER AMAZON.IN STATED AS Dispatch Estimate Tuesday 16 July 2013 – Wednesday 17 July 2013 Delivery Estimate: Saturday 20 July 2013 – Thursday 25 July 2013. UNFORTUNATELY EVEN AFTER CONTINUOUS FOLLOWUP WITH CELKON MOBILES HYDERABAD & AMAZON.IN BOTH OF THEM FAILED TO COMPLETE THE ORDER TILL DATE. AS SUGGESTED BY AMAZON.IN I HAVE FILED A CLAIM UNDER A TO Z GUARANTEE SCHEME OF AMAZON.IN & THEY PROMISED ME TO PAY MY AMOUNT IN NEXT 2 BUSINESS WEEKS.
I HAD CALLED THE SELLER FOR FOLLOWUP ATLEAST FOR 17 TIMES FROM 19/07/2013 TILL TODAY – EACH TIME SPENDING ATLEAST 4 MIN. HEARING MUSIC & THEN TALKING WITH SELLER REPRESENTATIVE AT MY COST. MONETORY LOSS RE.100/- ALSO MY AMOUNT OF RS. 8999/- IS BLOCKED SINCE 15/07/2013 UNPRODUCTIVELY.
I WANT THAT, BOTH AMAZON.IN & SELLER CELKON MOBILES MUST IMMEDIATELY REFUND MY AMOUNT OF RS.8999/- ALONGWITH INTEREST & PAY ME A COMPENSATION OF RS.5000/- FOR MENTAL & MONETARY LOSS SUFFERED DUE TO ALL THIS INCIDENCE.
