I placed an order of Sony 1118 in Amazon.in on 2nd August,2013, before placing the order, i talked to the customer care representative called Mr.Bharath, regarding the delivery of the order on 5th or 6th of August, 2013. He confirmed me that the product will be deliver on maximum 6th August, 2013, i am waited till 6th August, 2013 night for the product. Then i send the mail about the order, i received a mail “i receive the product by tomorrow”. After i called them they said the same that i will receive the order by 8th August, 2013, now they are telling me that it will be deliver on 12th August 2013 only. i made soo many calls, atlast they told that to cancel the product. i told them that going to complaint in consumer court, they are asked to carry on that. I have all the proofs and attached the same. Thanks

They give answers very rudely, also please let me know, whether i can receive the product or cancel the product.
