I purchased a Lapgrade Battery through Amazon on September 5, 2018. For the past few days, the battery does not charge beyond 29%. I have been promised a 12-month replacement warranty at the time of purchase. On contacting Amazon, I was asked to write a mail to you. Attaching the invoice for your reference.
