Please find the below information about amenities which were promised are not given actually even after multiple requests / letter. 1- as per the sanctioned plan issued by the Thane Municipal Corporation, there is open space i.e R.G about 194.91 sqmt and 157.46 sq.mt as per registered agreements of sales on internal page Nos.2 and 14, Which is only on papers kindly take note of it. Builder has also promised the beautiful garden at item No.12 of Exhibit D of Registered Agreement entered with flat owners/Member of my client. 2-Parking’s Nos. 5,6,7,16,17,18,19,20,21,22 and 23 are shown in sanction plan but same is not available in the building premises of Siddiquee Tower. 3- Installation of geyser of modern fitting both in bathroom and toilets but same it not acted upon 4- Old and nor recommended lifts are installed where we have a risk of death. and there is no electricity backup also for the lifts. 5-Builder has not maintained Terrace as per the TMC recommendation for Emergency situation or Refugee Area.

I want your organization to help me to all the amenities promised. As builder is not at all providing any of the above said amenities as promised. and he is being now threatening us for life.
