Dear Sir
My name is Dilip Narayan Khaware, I have A/C in Jamtara Branch (JHARKHAND).
My A/C No. is 11048509975 and my ATM card No. is 6220180021300013667.
Adress(permanent):- R.L.S.Road, Near jagannath Mandir, B.Deoghar, JHARKHAND.
The problem is that, I tried to withdrawl Rs 600 from ATM (Badarpur,
New Delhi) on 27th april at 17:45, but I couldn’t get money due to some
technical problem (electricity Failure in Processing priod) of ATM, but money has been deducted from my A/C.

I have contact many times to customer care as well as sent e mail to
helpline.lhopat@sbi.co.in and sbi00213@sbi.co.in.
and I have also submit self sign application to the Branch Manager,
JAMTARA on 20th May 2009, more than 120 days has been passed but no action has
been taken from that side.

Kindly take necessary action into my problem.
