on date 3/8/2010 i had recharged of rs.110 with gprs activation rs.51 ant it was soon deducted but at very next day again a sum of rs.51 was deducted for renewal of net pack.that means of one service my mobile had to pay dual amount once fairly second unfairly(rs.51 each).so this is my complaint as till today i have not got my lost 51 rupees in my cell balance which is very wrong.(molay chakraborty).(no.9832704150).
