This is to inform you that Your representative Mr. Kailash and Mr. Gulshad Ahmad, from your office at Plot No. 17, Phase 1, Chandigarh came to me and i have paid Rs. 500/- for installation of Landline phone at 2369, Sector 48C, Pushpac Society,Chandigarh. after that they says that it is not possible to install the connection on the above mentioned address, we will refund the money received. but tille date more than a week has been passed they have not refund my money and i am calling them more than 50 times but they are not replying me. You are requested to please look into the matter.
