My mobile no is 9766697575, every time when I recharge or top up the anount of the balance of prepaid credit is deducted for want of a VAS named over some film actress, many times I sent a de-activation request over 121 for the said service which was never subscribed by me, I always got an reply that no such service active on you cell number.
But still the balances are getting deducted from my above cell number for thesaid VAS.
Will AIRTEL get rid of my problem and stop me from loosing any more prepaid credit in future.
