I bought a Flat in Amrapali heartbeat city in Sec – 107 noida from a Broker in Investors Clinic call “Preeti Nath”. She committed to give discount via credit note. But once I booked it she stopped picking my phone and is not reachable any more. So I contacted the support desk of Investors Clinic requesting them for “Reimbursement of my Credit Note” After repeated follow ups and reminder they told me that they have not received the amount from the builder and could not reimburse. I asked them to please share with me the communication letter or details in which you have requested to the builder. But Investors clinic support staff did not responded. I also asked to please let me know with whom in Builder organization do we need to contact but that also there was no response from Investor’s clinic. I am really frustrated and this is a clear cut case of Fraud and False promises. Complaint No: IC/CC/1012/1101 filed on Investors Clinic on 17th Oct 2012.

I want the economic damages mentioned above to be reimbursed. A case of Fraud & false promises to be filed against Investor’s Clinic and Preeti Nath ( the broker)
