I am Seema Garg W/O Mr. Naveen Garg a customer of your PNB branch ( Vaish college Rohtak)
against A/c no. 0948000100260303,. Sir on Dec 3rd,2011 in morning time I withdrawal amt Rs.
10,000/- at 08.47 AM. After that I received a SMS regarding Debited amt Rs.10,000/- (by your sms
alert facility)after 3-4 minutes I received a another message on my mobile regarding debit Amt. Rs.
15,000/- in my same a/c. But no any transaction update my me regarding this amt. Rs. 15,000/-. Sir,
After that I check my a/c balance, I am shocked amt. Rs. 15,000/- debited in my A/c without any
transaction. I launch my complain on your toll free facility no. 18001802222 regarding my problem,
they give me a complain no. 56712308 against my complain & told me we solve your problem within
seven working days. On 10th Dec,2011 we again contact on toll free no. against my complained but
they told me with in 3 days we solve it, on 13th Dec,2011 again contact but same answer receive me on
16th Dec,2011 give me same answer, on 18th Dec,2011 they give me same answer & promise by their
Senior office within three days we solve it & give your money back. After all these lastly on 21st
Dec,2011 we again contact with him that time he told me your complained is Rejected on 16th
Dec,2011 & your transaction is successful. Sir 15000/- Rs. Is not a little amt. Sir no any positive
answer given by your helpline office. I request to you please sort out my problem as soon as possible &
my amt Rs. 15000/- credited in my same a/c no 0948000100260303.
