I am a distributor of Amway. I ordered some products from Amway on 24th march 2014 which are not yet received. order no. 85146150. invoice no. 11300052266 (the brand and segment is not given under the mandatory selection list so i had to choose one randomly) I have filed complaints almost 3-5 times but everytime i was told that the consignment is shipped and is on the way. later I was told that consignment is lost and they have dispatched a new consignment which would reach to me in 2 days. however it has been 4 days since then and i have still not received my products.
It is causing loss to my business as I was to give those products to my client for trial and hence he is losing trust in me. it is also causing loss of my own trust in the company as they are not delivering as per their commitment.
I either want the products to be delivered by today (11th april 2014) or else I want compensation of Rs. 100000/- and equivalent Point Value (PV) from the company for the loss of my time, business and peace of mind.
