I joined the Health Total in Pune for 5 week 5 kg weight loss program. Little I knew they handed me 5 zip lock packets of “unknown” medicines, calling it Ayurvedic herbs. I told them it is illegal to dispense medicines and even Ayurvedic medicines have names but they refused to let me know that. Their dieticians are pretty useless and do not know anything, they will not even give you a diet chart or tell you how many calories, they will only tell you to eat salad and soup!! After 3 weeks I started having stomach pain around abdomen and lower area and lost my appetite. I called the local center and their Mumbai corporate office but they refused to give me any refund and kept on saying some senior medical team will contact me but no one did, perhaps they do not have any such team. I stopped taking the herbs and my stomach pain was gone in 2 days. I would warn everyone to not succumb to their FB ads and join them. Theri unknown Ayurvedic herbs can cause serious liver damage. They are irresponsible bunch with scam money making scheme. If it was any other country the founder would be behind bars in no time.
