Dear Sir I purchased ANKUR Sree LIPI software long ago. Old computer has been discarded.I have changed my computer, While I tried to install ANKUR, in my new computer, I see it is locked. No option for installation is giving. My License Number is 112702 I contacted Moduler Infotech, 26, Pune Satara Road, Pune – 411 009, India. They are saying that it has been USB locked. They have upgraded the product. So I am to repurchase it. Sir, I once purchased it and there was no limitation. I do not want upgraded version. I want to use only what I purchased. They cannot compell me to purchase upgraded version by weblocking previous version. Company has provided me a case No C261213-005 for this. Pl do the needful to protect consumer right. they should unlock the previous version which I bought so that I can install and work with it.
