I had placed an on-line order(order no- #AP24605) of INR 1170 with Apollo pharmacy on 13 March 2014. After few days they told me that the prices have been increased so I have to pay the difference but it was not logical to me as I have placed the order on the basis of listed price. So I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money to my account. They agree and send me the confirmation mail of cancellation and refund on 26th March 2014. but till date I have not received my refund. I called them so many times and every time they promise me to solve the matter as soon as possible. In last conversation they asked me to send my account statement to verify that I have not received the refund. I emailed them my account statement but still there is no reply and no refund. It more than 4 months that I have not received my refund. Please find attached word document containing the details of order placement and cancellation which I copied from my email.

I want refund with interest and compensation for all the calls I have made to them with respect to this order from India and UK.
