Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased items online from Apollo Pharmacy. Order no. was AP11948 (Order Date: June 26, 2013) The website is: http://www.apollopharmacy.in/ I didn’t received one item, out of which I ordered. The cost of missing item was Rs. 225. They refunded only Rs. 159. When I asked them to refund balance of Rs. 66. They told me that they can not refund. Either they can adjust Rs. 66 during my next purchase or can issue coupon of Rs. 66. I asked them to issue the coupon of Rs. 66 I have already communicated three times with them. but even after their commitment I have not received any coupon. Now even, they are not attending my chat communication. Please look into this matter seriously.
