Today i purchased medication from Apollo pharmacy located at Sri Sai Nagar, Kapra, Saket Road Hyderabad. contact number 9177333763. They gave me the medication in the bag and charged me 440. I paid the amount and left, trusting that the bill is in the bag with only prescribed medication. When i checked the medication, they gave me non-prescribed medication called NUHENZ (cost: 245) and there was no bill in the bag. When i called them on the above number and told about the mistake and negligence on their part. They are unwilling to return the cash and forcing me to purchase any other item worth 245 and cut the call abruptly. This is absolutely ridiculous service and i need my money back in return of the non-prescribe medication. And strict action taken against the staff.
