Hi, This case is about Apple india by which I have purchased an Iphone 4s (16GB Black) on 7th of Nov 2012. From day 1 there has been problems with the phone of multiple notification sounds that I get on every message. I got it replaced twice from apple care in noida but all in vain. To add to voes I had been in conversation with Apple India since last month and it was decided by them that they will get me a box packed device in replacement to my existing one. Problem started : On 2nd July I submitted my iphone to the courier boy (from BLUEDART), who they have sent, to get the phone delivered to Singapore (as they do not have any showroom in india). They have received the faulty piece in singapore on 6th July (i.e. 3 days) for which I got a message from their customer care deptt. On 10th I got a mail that my new handset has been dispatched from Singapore. Post that I have been mailing to them for the where-how of my device but the customer representative there (Angie Gonda) is not replying to any of my email or phone calls. They haven’t provided me any tracking number of any courier service to track it either. It is very frustating to buy a shit like phone for Rs. 35000 and facing such issues from a company like Apple. Now, I want an immediate attention from them to get it delivered ASAP or refund my money.
