had purchased apple iphone 4S on date-12/03/2013 IMEI NUMBER 013193005067911 from dealer shreeI telecom mira road east mumbai of rs 38000.00 & after that on dated 01/12/2013 my handset halted working so i visited apple service center on same day they handover me invoice saying that the device needs some parts to be replaced which took 8000.00 inr rs & gave me invoice on dated 04/12/2013 invoice number: – 1164 & informed us that the parts warranty is for 6 months from the issuing date after 7 days again there was a same problem so again we visited with the invoice now they are not returning the handset & again they are denying to replace the parts & the handset instead of having 2years mfg warranty they are not issuing DEAD ON ARRIVAL CERTIFICATE also they have kept the handset with them & not giving back to get it repaired with other ASC OF iPHONE 4S we are in losess of 38000 for the handset purchased & 8000 for repairing at ASC now they are not responding please help to get the issue resolved from them the company name : -Rotten Apple Communications the website is www.rottenapple.com Shop No 17, Ist Floor Link Square Mall, Opp KFC, Linking Road, Bandra West, Mobile: 8286868xxx Tel: 022 – 64572073
