I ordered a laptop i.e Apple macbook Air from this website on 18th January 2014 and made full payment of Rs 52499 via credit card as there was no option for cash on delivery. It seemed a little suspicious initially as they were selling around 8000 cheaper than any other place. However, ignored this doubt as I knew of a friend in Mumbai , who ordered the product and received it in perfect condition around mid-december. However for me it has been more than one and a half month and have not received the product. After I searched on the internet I got to know of atleast 20 more people who have been similarly fleeced by the company. Then in the beginning of feb I got a mail from them stating that I would receive the product on 21st Feb. However nothing was delivered. I have been mailing them regularly and also trying to call them, but nobody replies neither on mail nor call. I know many people who have ordered from the website and none of them have received anything, some of them ordered more than two months back.

I just want the refund of my money Rs. 52499
