Apple USB cable – cable stopped working poor response from company

I have purchased a lightning to USB cable (data Cable )of Apple inc worth amount 1460/-on 15/11/2013 with original bill ( VAT+Other TAXES). At the time of selling the product to me PULSE COMMUNICATION salesman told nme this is the genuine and original product from Apple INC ,which comes with warranty of 6 months and irrespective of any circumstances get replaced or repaired if any wear and tear happened. I also asked him how come a common consumer can differentiate b/w a duplicate cable and original one ,They satisfied me with the note ” we know sir we are selling right product to you and will take care if anything happens” today suddenly my cable stopped working,I immediately seek the support of pulse communication ( from where the product has been purchased)they advice me to get the help of APPLE service station. I visited there the lady setting on reception told me the cable is not genuine and we cant repair or replace it ,I showed all the bill and bar coded box of the product to seek her support on my genuine purchase.She even denied and shown a vauge display how they recognise the ingenuity of the product.After then I visited pulse communication where the guy sitting on the replacement counter questioned on my ingenuity .He told me how can i trust you that this cable is that cable only i asked him to bring out similar cables and match he refuses and asked I cant do anything in this case ,I even told him that your guy made me promised that we will take care if anything happened . I raised this become we purchase high end phones so company also sell their accessories at higher prices ,to be a genuine buyer i purchased original product with a trust but at the time of servicing it both seller and APPLE service centre step back.else APPLE should stop making such accessories where they cant differentiate b/w original and duplicate or they can mark some sign of ingenuity in that.

I want MY Charger should be replaced with genuine one and the compensation of all days i suffered due to this(TILL THE DATE CHARGER GOT REPLACED). one,and written apology from APPLE INC and Pulse Communication.and preventive measures from apple inc to make consumer easily recognise their genuine products from others.
