Dear Sir/Madam This is Ramesh from Chennai, Tamilnadu I had asked for a water softener demo on 1st Nov 2013 to AQUA PURE PLUS, S Sakthivel(Proprietor) 16/148,Ground Floor,V Koil Street, Thiruvalleswarar Nagar,Thirumangalam Chennai-600040 Tamil Nadu Instead of giving demo, the sales person Mr.MURUGAN tried to install the machine and grab the money. He was not able to explain about the water softener, its techniques and hardness. He didn’t check the water too. I insisted him to check the hardness first and then install the machine. And I also insisted for hardness report after installation. But he was not aware of anything. I demanded 1 inch valve. But he came with 3/4 inch valve. He begged me for installation, since the next day was Deepavali and he was in need of money. He and his proprietor Mr.S.SAKTHIVEL assured me that SAND FILTER, WATER PRESSSURE GAUGE, WATER METER AND 1 INCH VALVE WOULD BE INSTALLED WITHIN A WEEK. So I bent to his pathetic situation. He only did a plumber job. The job was not done professionally. He did not give me the tax invoice too. Because of 3/4th inch valve, my EB consumption became more. Earlier 1.30 hrs was needed to fill the tank, but now 2.30 hrs is needed. He didn’t install PRE FILTER(SAND FILTER), no water metres or gauges. And now the softener is not working. I made complaint on 09-01-2014 and got complaint no. 3191201419558. Though I made many reminders, nobody turned up yet. I believe, AQUA PURE PLUS is a BOGUS COMPANY, which rob the hard earned money of innocent people. They do not care about customers and customer service. I am a Central Govt Officer and hence I take this issue to you. What about ordinary people? I request you to instruct Mrs.AQUA PURE PLUS to take back their FAULTY AND POOR DESIGNED SOFTENER and return my money. And I also request you to initiate action against them for TAX EVATION. The water softener has to be taken back by the dealer. And I need Rs.16,500(the cost of water softener) back with compensation for spending lorry water and mental agony.
