Aqua Services, purifier , not attending any calls from customers

I have signed an AMC with this service provider for my Kent water purifier on 15/12/2012 and its effective till 14/12/2013. From last week the purifier is showing filter change alarm and its not purifying the water. I have called up Aqua services on Monday 8th July 2013 at 3:30 pm, the coordinator took the details and confirmed the engineer will be sent next day but no one visited or called me, again on 10th I called up talked to the same coordinator, she told me that the engineer’s bike had some problem so he couldn’t reach my place, and she again confirmed the person will come on 11th but again no one came or called me. Third time again I talked to the same coordinator and she once again confirmed that the person will come on Sunday before 12:00 pm. I informed her in case if this time also they don’t attend the call I will take help of consumer care but once again no one attended the complaint. I called up again on Sunday after 12:00 and they confirmed the person will reach in half an hour. No body came on Sunday and after that no one picked my calls.

we get private water tanker water in our society and it is not at all usable for drinking or cooking in that form, we totally depend on our own water purifier for drinking pure water. And for the last 10 days we are facing this problem which can cause heath problems to my family members. In addition I have been following up with them on a regular basis and so far might have made 10-15 calls. I am a working person and I don’t have this much free time to follow it up.

I want them to come and check my purifier and change the filter immediately, also in the AMC contract they have a clause saying they will do 3 preventive maintenance in a year. Which is not happened so far.
