Hi, During my trip to Ooty last week, I bought a 1 ltr water bottle of Aquafina from a provision store that had the batch no 240513 dt May 24th, manufactured at PepsiCo Bangalore plant with the MRP printed as Rs 20. While travelling back to Hyderabad from Bangalore by Kacheguda Express on June 8th, I bought another 1 ltr water bottle of Aquafina with batch no 106 dt May 23rd manufactured at Medak plant with MRP printed as Rs 15. Q.1 – I remember that till few months back the MRP printed on the same bottle used to be Rs 12. Then what has so happened that required the price of bottle to be increased from Rs 12 to Rs 20 i.e. an increase of 75%. Q.2 – Why is there a different MRP printed on 2 bottles. The prices difference is of 33%. I wish to understand the reason for both the questions.

1. Steep price hike by 75% is not reasonable under any situation, causing a financial loss to me. 2. Different price on the same bottle causing financial loss.

1. Want to know the reason for such steep price hike by 75%. 2. Want to know the reason for price difference of similar bottles by 33%. 3. The reply given by the customer care is just says the difference of logistic cost that is very illogical.
