i had purchased nano ro water purifier of aquafresh from erode.within 2 months it stops working,after a strong strugle of registering complaints ,one engineer came and took it for repair and they replaced the filter and retuned the same at the shop from where i have purchased the machine.after that noboby came for reinstallation.then i got transfer to ariyalur dist of tamilnadu and again i tried for reinstallation but noboby came.some one from erode called me and told that one enggineer from trichy will come..but i found that my complaints are cancelled without contacting me.

1)i want a compensation of the value of the machine including tax that paid during purchase. 2)term deposit interest for that particular amount. 3)rs.5000/-that i have spent for water can.
