Aquasure – Dealer not Issuing Bill

Dear Sir, I have purchased RO water purifier Aquasure from Eurekaforbes Authorised agency M/s Divyansh Enterprise, Indore, Madhya Pradesh on 20th July 2014. However, even after repeated follow ups I have not been given the final invoice for my purchase. I have only been given a payment receipt advice (refer attached scanned copy) and not the actual bill, which i think is a crime as per law. I have also given a complaint in writing to ‘customercare@eurekforbes.com’.

I have lost the complete amount Rs. 10990 /- as I was not able to submit the original bills to my Company/employer and get the reimbursement of the same. I request you to kindly look into the case and address my concern due to which I have incurred the loss. Our company has a policy of getting reimbursement on home furnishing items for which we have to submit the original bills(made in the name of company) and get the reimbursement. Also in case of any warranty issues, I will not be able to get the warranty claims as I dont have the bill.
