I am regularly using the pre paid moblie service connection since three years. However, this time staff of the spice telecommunication have deducted caller tune inspite of my message to disconnect the same. Initially when I called them, they gave evasive reply and I warned them not to repeat the same and I send the message to disconnect that service. Again Two days back they deucted 30 Rs. when I enquired they said that the amount charged is for providing chota radio service. when I tried to contact the higher authority, the staff refused to give their adress. In fact I am not using any such thing. Fed up with this I thougt of not to avail their service herein onwards. But, as a consumer I thought of filing the complint to the appropriate authority.

Hence, kindly look into the matter and get redressal of my grievance and register my complaint against them.
