ir/Mam, I purchased “arihant CBSE CHAPTERWISE QUES-ANSWERS INFORMATION PRACTICES previous Years’ questions 2013-2004” book for 150 rupees. Now the problem is that the content of the book is not appropriate. 1. Ques are not properly divided according to chapters. 2. Wrong Answers are given. 3. Wrong ques are given (ques. full of errors). 4. Chapterwise content is not appropriate. 5. and most importantly errors are more then 100 in number. This is not done. Publishers are playing with the exams and future of students by providing wrong content. first of all i want my money back which i paid for this crap. secondly publishers should compensate for providing wrong content to students. At least they should edit the content of their book before publishing.
