Hi, On 10th Dec 2014, I had ordered a Sandwich Maker from Arise Store using their online shopping website (http://www.arisestore.com). I received my order on 15th Dec packed in a box. However when I checked the Sandwich Maker the very next day for usage, I saw a major damage on the back side. Since then I have tried all nos. of Arise customer care and Service Center but surprisingly none of their no. is working. In fact one or two numbers rings also but nobody picks up. I am worried that I may be cheated by a fake company whose even customer care nos. are fake. Please help me to get the resolution. Even you can try to call on its customer care nos. and check the response. The customer care nos. on its website is 1800-419-3xxx, +91-011-6460xxxx, +91-011-6463xxxx, +91-011-6460xxx. My order no. is 102495. Also I am attaching the pictures of damaged piece I have received.

I want the replacement of this product ASAP.
