in May i was in Ajmer Rajasthan where i purchased a pair of Crizal lens from Arjun Optician located at Station Road, it was Purchased on 31 may i was purchasing lens for my wife and shopkeeper insists me to buy a new lens for myself and he saw new lens from Crizal he impressed be with the features that this Scratch proof dust proof etc etc so i bought it after few days i was traveling in train and i put the lens on Scratch provided to keep small stuff somehow from another person mistake my lens got Scratch and the Scratch are big enough that i can’t see through it. i called to shopkeeper and company and emailed to company, at that time i was in singapore so company said when you comeback please give it to optician for a thorough check , so i did i submitted the lens in evening of 7 Aug, but optician said it can’t be replaced now they are saying it’s not Scratch proof same thing is company saying.

just want to have my glasses replaced
