The said coy has not paid half yearly interest @6.6 % wef 1 st Jan 2005 to 1 st April 2009 and maturity payment due on 1 st April 2009 , on ARS Bond no 42229059 which was gifted to my late son Aishwarya by his maternal grand mother Smt Puspa Raturi .The matter has been reported to them several times , vide my no. 0201/04-05 dt. 02/06/2004 , 1001/04-05 dt.10/09/2004 .The said bond certificate in original ,1 st interest warrant no 12175856 dt 01/10/2004 for Rs 1252.41 ,signature of my self duly attested by Manager PNB and affidavit duly attested by the notary with regards to change of the name of my late son from Vaibhav to Aishwarya , was forwarded vide 0202 dt.02/11/2004 . Under cover of their letter no 23500192 dt 20/11/2004 , they forwarded the corrected interest warrant in the name of late Aishwarya Mamgain .They have been further approached in this regard vide no Aish/Ivest/30 dt. 30/03/2014 addressed their local office with info to them and Aish /Invest /1401-02 dt 08/04/2014 .

I wish them to pay to me Rs.69708.00 and any delay the interest at the rate of 10 percent per anum
