My father that brought land from Arun Dev Builders and as per contract after my father’s death we are trying to claim refund. We have been following with them for refund since 2011 onwards but they are only asking to call back. When I call up saying I want to buy land their people are very energetic in answering my call and as soon as I talk about refund they start giving some mobile numbers which are switched off or no one answers them.
