Dear Sir / Madam, I Mr. Nihal Yadav purchased a split AC Model No. (AR-HSC183PC). And this unit stopped cooling on 01/05/2014. I contacted Arvin Service, as directed in the owner’s manual. The customer support center book a complaint and give me complaint number 880539 on 06/05/2014. From this day 05/05/2014 to today 22/05/2014 anyone does not approach us to repair the unit. Please take appropriate legal action against the Arvin electronics Pvt. Ltd. as early as possible. Thanks
