They disputed my 60 rs on 29 th Oct … I tried to customer care number but my number is not connected ..on Oct 30 th I conplainted my regards from my friend number. .. first time they say that ” your balance was disputed due to internet usage ” I replied them tat I have internet booster then he replied they ill refund my 60 rs … after 1 hour I called customer care from my frd num oly because of not getting refund amount ..at that time one girl attended and said that ” your amount was disputed due to msg booster ” I replied to her I dont receive any booster yet …and she too said refund and wait for 4 hours …but actually it taken 2 days ..didnt I get my refund ..rather than I cant connect to customer care … I decided to port my airtel number …

I requested mnp code ..one girl called back for feed back. .i explained my situation but she cut the call and couldnot response she couldnt speaks a single word. .is it a customer service ????? ashamed to be a customer in airtel ..i need my disputed amount and proper reason from airtel senior officer…
