Dear sir i had ordered online on askme.com for an ironing board. i placed the order on the 2nd of may. the order no. dga2691203. value of the product was rs. 1099/- i ordered and paid for it online and when i kept calling following up they said its delayed, now they say its dispatched. i have called over 10 times and asked for the status and get the same reply. they said someone will call me and no one has. its one month now and i am yet to receive the product after paying for it. please help with getting the refund. i don’t need the product now cause i ordered through another site and received it in 4 working days. this will be of no use to me even if they deliver. they have tried and tested my patience with this and i just want my money back cause their service is pathetic. please help. regds fiona
