Askmebazaar.Com Shopping – Refund Not Received

Sir/Madam, I have placed order through Askmebazaar.com of combo pack of t-shirts with orderID: AB6387178 on Wednesday, 21 October, 2015. But I received the wrong package on 26/10/15. I registered for refund within 48 hours as per their policy and also sent mail to their given mailid: help@askmebazaar.com several times but the refund process was not initiated.Then I got a call from helpdesk@askmebazaar and I conveyed the same problem to the officer at the other end and asked him to kindly initiate the refund process. That officer behaved in a very unprofessional manner then as he kept me waiting for 30 minutes on the line and finally disconnected the call.I again mailed about this whole incident to help@askmebazaar.com and their provided forum but no action were taken. Now from that same number and other numbers{mob. no. from which calls are made:9599682520,9599682510,9599682452,9599682453} numerous calls are made which are of just 2-3 seconds. As soon as i pick up the phone the call is disconnected. Such kind of harassment is not expected in any manner. I am attaching the copy of my mail sent to the help@askmebazaar.com for reference.Kindly address this problem. Thanks & Regards,
