AskmeBazaar.com Sold Faulty PowerBank

I have ordered a Xiaomi power bank from askmebazaar.com shopping site(order no:AB103 9317).I have received the product after two weeks.But after using the product i came to know that it was a faulty product.So i called the askmebazaar.com helpline number and raised a complaint(complaint no:QRC125747) on february 2)th 2015 and the customer care person told me that soon i will receive a call from their department and the product will get replaced within 7 days. I haven’t received any response from them till today.

I have got a faulty product and i cannot use that. Please do needful help to resolve my problem.
