i ordered a Reebok watch from askmebazaar and they give me a fake watch and defective product with very low quality. my order id is AB781007. i complaint about it on the same day i receive the product which is 18 Jan 2015. i lodge a complaint for refund. 000487170115 is my complaint no. their customer care executive said to me that they contact me within 48 hrs to solve my problem but it is 5th day and they don’t reply me at all. whenever i call on their customer care no. it put me on the hold i already waste plenty money on calls this is my first purchase from askmebazaar.

i waste my money 400 rupee on the watch and more than 100 rupee to call to their customer care executives because they dont have a toll free no. i know that it is not a big amount but it is my hard earn money. i also feel cheated and harassed by askmebazaar. com
