Details of complaint:
My name is Harsha and I hold an account with ICICI Bank. I would like to bring to your notice that when I tried to withdraw the money(3000 Rupees) using my ICICI debit card from State Bank of Hyderabad, J.P.Nagar branch ATM(Near Jaraganahalli, Kanakapura Road) on 5th April 2009 night at around 21:27. I got the message as your transaction cannnot be processed. I tried 3 times and all the time I got the message as Transaction Declined. On 6th April morning while I was going through my ICICI account balance to my surprise I saw that Rs-3000/ is deducted from my account.The transaction reflected in the ICICI statement is only once.
I immediately informed the ICICI bank call center and they told that they are taking a service request and gave the SR number as 102243002. They informed me that it will be processed in 8 working days. On the 10th Day as I did not get the money back I went and contacted the Koramangala Branch. The manager checked the status but to my surprise the customer care representative has given me a wrong reference number(102243002) and there is no complaint raised against to my account number. They again asked me to call the customer care. I called up and got a new reference number on 16th April.

103263885 and 103260349(Call back)
I have also contacted the SBH, J.P.Nagar. They have replied back to me stating that there was no cash with drawl from their ATM to my account. The hard copy of the letter was handed over to the ICICI Bank, Koramangala branch Manager.
I have sent a mail to Ombudsman, RBI but there is no response from them.
I would request you to look in to such issues, though 3000 is a small amount I am badly in need of the money. Its almost 21st day and the customer care people are asking me to wait for 12 more days
